This Hot Honey is made in small batches. The Honey is heated to between 105-110 degrees and the pepper flakes are then added. It is then soaked and strained to pull the pepper flakes out, some smaller pepper residual pieces may be seen.Β
This fiery condiment adds a kick to your favorite foods, but use caution - it's not for the faint of heart. (Warning: may cause tongue to tingle!)

Granulation: All Natural Honey will turn solid. To Reliquify, Place Jar in warm water not to exceed 115-120f.
