Collection: 3D Printed Items

These 3D printed items are perfect for educational purposes, or to just place on a Honey Shelf.

The Model Hive is perfect to display or use at a Bee Club. The Varroa model is perfect for showing Beekeepers and Non-Beekeepers what a Mite looks like to scale if it were attached to the Beekeeper. The Articulating items are perfect to spark the curiosity if kids.

These pieces are 3D printed from PETG or PLA+ Filament. When buying this item it is important to remember that 3D printing is not a perfect science. The plastic string filament is melted at 400+ degrees Fahrenheit and then extruded through the end of a hot brass nozzle. This results in slight imperfections that are noticeable up close, but in no way do they affect the strength or functionality of the item. Think about it this way – This frame holder was designed to a certain set of specifications and each set is prepped manually and then the printing is spot checked throughout the process to verify it prints without structural defects, but with individual “imperfections” custom printed just for you and unique to your set.
